Welcome to the world of ZK-Crypt where data communications between the smallest electronic components through to largest international corporations and user’s smart cards are accelerated and secured. If you are developing electronic devices with stored data or need secured communications that are vulnerable to snooping or attack, then the parallel processing, low current ZK-Crypt is for you and your clients.
ZK-Crypt Highlights:
- Over 70 Parallel Permutations Maximize Diffusion in each of the 1 to 4 Active 32 bit Engines.
- Each Engine has 527 Hard-Working Variables (Flip Flops) each with 4 Disparate Inputs.
- Configurable – using the same 1 to 4 ZK-Crypt Engines for Servers & Smart Cards.
- Diffusive & Concussive- Each Input Bit affects more than 400 Variables at Each Clock.
- Inherent Side Channel Attack Immunity – All 527 Variables must be detected at Every Clock.
- Configurable Protocol Authentication to Maximise any Communication Protocol.
- AIS 31 All Digital True Noise Generator, with Two Uncorrelated Noise Sources.
- Fastest Strongest Password Authentication.
- Dual Feedback Precludes Message Modification.
Background
The history of the ZK-Crypt Design Group can be traced back to the 1980′s and 90′s, when the original Fortress U&T Design Group supplied innovative Public Key Encryption technologies (e.g. RSA & Elliptic Curve) to many silicon vendors, including DEC, Samsung and ST Micro. It was these innovative technologies that Fortress GB first exploited with their smart card technologies for transportation, crowd control and universities.
After Fortress U&T was purchased by M-Systems/SanDisk, many engineers and technicians joined their colleagues in Fortress GB and began to create ideas for a new architecture for future long lasting symmetric ciphering and data authentication. Following many man years of development, the result is the ZK‑Crypt family of functions for best of breed True Random Generation, Stream Ciphers and Data Authenticators, ready for efficient implementations.
Designed for a Long Secure Future
Fortress GB is proud to present the ZK‑Crypt. The inventors devised the Dual Track Orthogonal Feedback ZK‑Crypt to be a multi-permutation, high diffusion, compact engine, ready to fend off attacks generated on future generation super and quantum computers.
The ZK-Crypt’s Crypto engines (operating from 0.5 to 200MHz; where an engine processes 32 bits on every clock cycle) are compact hardware modules which can be used in SOC designs to efficiently encrypt, decrypt and authenticate clear and cipher text; or spawn unpredictable on-line provable true random numbers.
The ZK-Crypt engine and protocol have achieved highest marks in the most rigorous crypto-tests: NIST, Maurer, Diehard, Repeated Word, Binary Differentials, Distinguishing & Impossible Features, and demonstrate immunity to Differential and other known Cryptanalytic attack strategies. ZK-Crypt’s mathematical complexity precludes attacks on future quantum or conventional computation platforms.
ZK-Crypt applications include:
Audio and Video Streams – Fixed line and mobile phone calls, video conference, PayTV
Encrypt Data – e.g. hard drive data simultaneous decryption and hash validated
Electronic Components Data – e.g. tamper-proof car Engine Management Units
Internet Communications – FTP, HTTPS, VPN. Runs at up to 100 Gb/s or more…
